Refund policy
1. Please note that we do not accept refunds or we do not do refunds
2. Should You want to return the unit or the hair because you are not happy you are more than welcome to exchange it for another one
3. Please make sure that hair is still intact when you do an exchange delays. THE LACE MUST NOT BE CUT. If the lace is cut unfortunately we cannot accept it, we can only treat it or wash it and return it back to you
4. All the exchanges or returns can only be done within seven days of the purchase
5. Please note that when we customise the unit we bleach the knots and pre pluck the hair so that might affect the closure
*The hairline might be affected as time goes by
*The closure might start to shed of which a proper treatment will need to be done
We will not be replacing any damaged frontals from the customisation more especially if the hair has been worn out.
