Shipping policy

Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent via email as soon as your order depart our facilities (Please note that once packages have left our facility and received by The courier guy or Paxi. the customer has the responsibility to track, trace and communicate with the companies)

2.Customer has an option to come and collect through an arranged appointment

3. Our standard shipping duration is 3 to 10 working days after the order has dispatched

4. We will not be held liable for any delays caused by incorrect shipping in billing addresses
